What kind of headphones do you own?

Have you tried tying string to a tin can and pushing it into your audio jack? Might be a step up from apple earbuds.

I'd use to use apple ear buds on the buss before I got a better pair. Made most songs sound pretty damn muddy.

I think I have some phillips headphones sitting somewhere in my room. I bought them at a Target or something on a road trip because I forgot mine

 

I mean, I'm sure audio gets better or clearer, but I don't ever think "wow these are shit" so I'm quite content rather than paying bucks deluxe for "better audio" that I don't need

 

You get what you pay for, so I believe the more expensive the product is the better it has to be, I am willing to pay a lot for good quality products

 

But if you're happy with something that's not stupid expensive then why upgrade? I'm all for having good quality stuff, headphones at £100 is just absolutely dumb. In my opinion, anyways. I'm sure other people like having expensive headphones for some reason xP

Like most things higher end headphones are just for pleasure. I haven't regretted purchasing mine at all.

Obviously you shouldnt upgrade if you're happy with what you got, but im always looking to get better quality its never good enough for me.

 

Regular earbuds, cba purchasing a headset, it might break fast anyway.

I've got a cheap $30 logitech headset that I use for work, the mic quality is perfect, but I've had two of them in the past, they break fairly easily because of the way the screws are placed.

For music, I love my Bose earbuds, but once again, they break very easily because they stay in my pockets all day.

Gamecom 780. They sound okay and get the job done. They were cheap and have usb dolby 7.1. GREAT for movies, not so great for gaming. I used to have a pair of Razer barracudas, the OLD SCHOOL analog ones with a dedicated sound card. Those, friends, were the absolute best headphones EVER. They were clear, precise, and very comfortable. Only problem is the cord got wore out and eventually melted to the back of my computer and nearly caused a fire .

I have custom one pros. They have amazing bass and I love the customization options. I can control the bass ports which is pretty neat.
