RS07 Ban.

Well earlier today I was banned for Macroing, however the skill I was Macroing is a non-profitable skill yet my ban was permanent. I've heard around if you're banned for botting and it's non-profitable you're given a chance at least (1-7 day ban)

I also logged onto two other accounts and they instantly become banned.

Is there a reason behind it being permanent and two other accounts becoming permanently banned too?

 

IP based bans I believe.

 

When you log on to other accounts after you are banned on one they get linked due to the ip.
When you bot you risk getting banned they dont give any other questions sorry to tell you this.

I advise using proxies on all botting accounts.

I was botting a profitable skill and got a 2 day ban but it says is bold letters that if it happens again, im permed. I hope they didnt take the fucking 100k yew longs off it and nerf my fletching level.

Any slight possibility of winning my appeal or becoming unbanned or should I just stop trying for now?

 

Mate they dont read perm ban appeals, one of my accounts is pendign for 2 months

 

its usually all perm bans jagex are handing out at the moment.

 

I would email them directly instead.

Nothing to do with what skill, if you're botting they're gonna fuck you shit up.

I always advise people to stay away from it completely. I've seen how the anti macro works, Used mumble with Jacmob, it's just ban hammer after ban hammer lol.

Well this exact thing happened to me 2 days ago, and i thought it was IP bases aswell. But my main account got banned botting on my friends IP and when i got home and logged in to my pure it became banned aswell. Seems like there is more too it than just the IP address.

 

Simply put, Jagex aren't fucking around anymore.

Macro appeals don't get looked at, like not even glanced over, I can confirm this.

The closest you can get is send in a ticket about it, but if you need indeed macro they wont entertain your appeals in the slightest.

 

I guess i should count myself lucky, i was botting wcing on a throwaway account and botting wcing on my main, both on yews (at a stake where i didnt really care) my throwaway got a 1 day ban for macroing with nothing thrown away or reset and nothing at all to my main. Guess they felt sorry for me lol compared to someone botting a non profit skill and getting permed on 3 accounts? Thats harsh.
