Which forum platforms are you capable on working? Also, you just edit within the forum-software itself you do not design the forum theme?

I have knowledge in phpBB, invision, punbb and Zetaboards.

For all of these platforms I choose a theme that follow the look requested by the customer. If I don't find the right theme, or if the customer wants to personalize the forum, I will edit parts of the theme. This may be more than just changing the background, it could be changing some very small details. To give you a short answer; no, I don't design a whole theme, I edit it within the forum-software which is not always easy as it may sound.
