Ezreal isnt viable in s4?

I don't know why, but last season i used to shit on lanes with my ezreal
When season 4 came and new champs such as jinx lucian and the new sivir, i feel like ezreal along with graves and vayne are just too weak now. I don't know what happened but i feel like my best adc ezreal was nerfed or some shit. But i'm getting into sivir and lucian and jinx because they're pretty strong atm.
Any opinions?

 

Ezreal in the past two weeks or so has been picked more in SoloQ from what I've seen, not entirely sure why, his damage is pretty low compared to other ADCs. It's just that the likes of Jinx, Lucian and Sivir are the best in the current Meta.

But I wouldn't say vayne is a weak champion, it's just harder to play her because of the mechanics, if you are good with her then she is not weak, can take down tanks pretty easily if you know what you are doing.

My main role is ADC and my two favourite champs right now are Sivir and Lucian, although currently I'm doing so bad with ADC so I've not been playing as much, only silver 3 so other people who are in higher Elo may definitely have very different opinions to me.

Also another good ADC in this meta is Draven, but a bit harder to play compared to Jinx, Lucian etc.

 

If you play him with the right support and get a lead in lane hes great, the only problem is, hes not the type of champion you can fall behind on. Lately ive seen people trying BOTRK into IE, into LW, seems quite strong, or just BT TF LW if you're ahead, but yeah hes not bad right now, i'd say mid teir adc

 

He's situational, but people definitely still play him. I've found the best core build to be Trinity -> Whisper -> Infinity Edge, and I've seen quite a few Ezreal players adopt the same of late.

 

If you don't mind me asking (this may seem like a noob question), why is TF a good item to build on the likes of Lucian and Ezreal?

 

They both love the mana, both have spammable skills (their Qs) that allow them to abuse the damage procs. A few champions make insane use of the stats given, basically, to the point where it's worth the gold to pick it up. Same reason why it's still popular on Corki, too (even though you don't see him often now.)

People still play with him but as you are saying, new season 4 champions are kind of overiding and powerful than old ones

 

Pretty sure the best adcs that dominate solo que are sivir.lucian,and jinx. The tides can turn if you get a good jungle gank or counterganks or a roam from mid

I used to love playing Ez, Though there are better picks out there atm.
Hope he makes it back into the meta though.

 

I would say Draven is potentially one of the strongest ADCs right now, with a strong support like thresh or leona the damage output is just insane. If you hit hooks, and latern at level 2 first blood guarenteed, and we all know what happens when Draven gets early kills.. the party never stops

 

Lower damage than other adc and more difficult because of all skillshots, he is the most mobile one though.

Ezreal is countered by aggressive supports and people who force duels a lot. The current meta focuses heavily on duelist ADCs, so it's natural to expect him to fall off in the meta. He's a rare ADC with a "strong midgame" once he maxes Q and gets a Trinity Force, and right now the early strength is the preferred choice among ADCs.

 

He does seem weak compared to lucian/jinx/sivir at the end of the day it feels more satisfying to beat the meta adcs with ezreal.

 

Graves isn't much of an ADC carry anymore, but ezreals kills will pretty much always make him viable.

Trinity force / iceborn are both great items, he has great mobility, still my favourite adc to play, when i get put into adc I just head straight for him or trist.

 

i am #1 ezreal xD he is still viable if you know how to build him super situationally against whoever you're vsing

 

I still think Ezreal is a pretty safe pick. Maybe not a strong pick but a safe one.

 

Meh I dont play ez adc. I rather love to play him in the mid lane full ap#ultdoed1000000000damage

 

Ap ezreal seems to be better.
