TWC dispute

Hello,

Well I am not really good at telling stories but I will tell my side of the story as I got a TWC last night/this morning and no mod/admin contacted me for the other side of the story.
Basically I talked to this user HotColdRush twice on skype and we always agreed to use a free MM at the end. Last night he was kind of desperate to swap rsgp with me; I could quickly download java/get on runescape for a quick trade while I was at work at some point. We decided to use a MM later when I got home (So I could be on my computer and be completely free) because I simply didn't want to risk my account for trading multiple amounts (RWT) as he wanted to do increments. and, he agreed to use the MM later last night. Immediately, he started sending me different Middlemen links and telling we were using one of them. The first MM he linked me to had less vouches than me and I was like no "we are not using that one" and "I cannot use a MM right now" due to the reason that I was working and I couldn't be for a long period of time on Runescape/sythe.
After that, he said he was going first to me and I didn't have the computer anymore (I was on my iPhone). I suggested him to sell it/swap it to a trusted gold seller on sythe...those with lots of vouches or probably with a mod/admin rank... He said if there was a way I could log in Runescape and I told him what I could do was to call a friend and he could swap it as he was authorized by me. he agreed so and I called him. Then, the user HotColdrush said he was going to help his mom with some boxes and he was going to be back in 10 minutes. I told him I would be waiting and re-calling my friend whenever he was ready. After that, I didn't receive any other message from him so I thought he was busy. This morning I woke up with a message on skype from him "enjoy your TWC" and successfully I had a TWC on sythe.

I don't know what you guys think about this and whether you support my dispute or not. I was just like wow. The user HotColdRush was just playing with me so he could request a TWC for me.

I have never ever scammed a single gp in three years I have been on sythe and I have been handling runescape accounts with wealthy banks when I used to get firecapes all day. My vouches can prove that.
Is this fair? Getting a TWC for working and putting off MM meetings? I gave the user HotColdRush the options and he was the one desperate for dealing with me.

I used to be dis-employed back in 2012/2011 so I could be on sythe all day and use MMs, get firecapes, do quests, do skilling, etc. But now I am a full time Engineer and I don't have much time as I used to. What are your thoughts of this?
