    Is there a point of starting when Legacy mode is coming out?
    Title really, haven't played runescape since 2010, thinking of joining back complete fresh start, just casually really. Is there a point starting on 07 when legacy mode is coming back? Or should I just start on EoC

    Legacy will not be the same as pre-eoc so don't think that.

    Legacy is still a whole new game, while 07 is truly the old game.

    I will be staying with 07.

    Legacy mode is EOC with interface changes. Legacy mode isn't coming out until August, so there is no point in waiting that long to find out.

    07 is the true old school Runescape. Legacy will just be another version of EOC.

    legacy wont be out till summer sometime..and even then they said they were going to TRY to get it to work properly..im sure theyll figure something out..but i think its too late for RS3/EOC

    im staying with 07 personally

    I can't find the poll now but yesterday I voted no. The options were to add the grand exchange and removal of free trade. Not bullshitting at all.. There was like 73% YES...

    If your the type of person that likes to kick back and semi afk train you'd probably prefer 07. If you never played before 2009 you probably won't like it though. :|

    I don't see how it makes any difference whether you start now or in six months time, Legacy mode will be integrated with EOC/RS3 anyway. It won't be an exclusive environment like OSRS.

    Might as well get some levels in time for Legacy "mode" - note: it's a mode, not a new game.
