    This. Just looks like an oil paint filter on someones face with a weird looking arrow on the forehead.

    It could have cropped it before uploading. So much negative space for no reason.

    I'm saying it looks like you've done it that way. I still stand on the negative space and weird looking arrow on his forehead.
