Shrooms

So instead of making this a long story i'll just tl;dr this.
I'm thinking about trying shrooms, but the thing is i've never done any hallucination type of drugs. Anyone here with experience and or advice?

An 8th is 3.5 grams, buy an 8th and split half with a friend.

 

Make sure it's nice and dry you don't want them wet at all or the shit taste will be worse. You don't want half of it being shroom dust either you want the caps and stems.

The ones I tried back in the day were gold caps with blue stems.

Best way is to just grab it in a handful and eat it all in one bite, then drink orange juice to wash it down. It's going to taste like dry somewhat tasteless shit pretty much.

 

Sythe isn't a drugs forum. I'm not saying anyone here doesn't know what they're talking about, but you're better off going to Google and finding drugs sites with experienced users of the drug you want to do and see what they say on it. I trust you're smart enough to research what you plan to be putting into your body. Don't do any psychedelics if you're currently going under a kind of stressful situation in life at the moment.

 

Maybe he trusts certain people here more than the people on some random druggie site. Sythe isn't meant to be a personal support forum or an actual community either but it still happens.

 

half of an 1/8th won't do shit.... My first time I did 1/8 and had a nice trip. The rest of the times I did it, I did upwards of 1/8-1/4 and never experienced anything close to as intense

 

I have a couple friends who take them. They say that if you take an 8th you will get super high! Just take 3.5, then once you take more then take and 8th.

 

As woodcut said though, take them with a friend if you can. Makes for a much better trip having someone to trip with.

My first time I was tripping with a friend, we walked down the busiest street in town, completely lost in discussion about the meaning of life.

Most people claim those who take mushrooms experience a greater outlook on life following the trip, and I can say from personal experience this is true.

Not for everybody though. Some can have a bad trip, and some can't even explain what happened when they went on their 'trip'.

Either way taking with a 'babysitter' (preferably if he has done shrooms before) is a good idea for your first time.

 

As in why i asked on sythe, i'd rather have a view from people i know i can trust.

We're gonna be with around 4-5 depending on who's in too. Only one of us has done it before. I'm hoping i'll be fine, kind of scared of going on a bad trip tho.. anything that triggers a bad trip? And how long till you come down?

 

Just be in a place where you feel safe, with people you trust. Lasted like 8 hours when I tried it.

 

Did 1/8th once when I was in the US, be sure you are in a comfortable situation with preferrably a friend nearby and some vitamin C. Also be sure to go outside in the woods, it's amazing!

 

Well I've done it a few times as well as acid. Basically, the biggest thing in my opinion, would be your mindset. It isn't alcohol or weed, where you might do those things to relax and take your mind off a bad situation. Usually, hallucinogens are going to exaggerate those thoughts.

Second, make sure you are in a comfortable environment, with a friend or two, and don't have ANY responsibilities to attend to for the rest of the day. Turn your phone off unless you are using it for music.

Lastly, have a good ass time man. Take enough to trip, if you have some really great shrooms that you know are great, take about 2 grams each. If you have some alright ones that you aren't so sure about, take 3-3.5 grams to experience the full trip. Drink some orange juice to wash it down, and be prepared for the time of your life

 

I'm excited really We buy em from a good shop so it should be aight.

 

Try salvia first. If you like the 10 - 15 min trip then try another one.

 

Well what if we're all going on truffles since that's legal? 10g to start?
