New To Forum: Thoughts On Top Carries

Hey Guys ,

New to the forums here, and I am just wondering what you guys prefer to play, and tips on how you like to play them, because I am looking to further deepen my champion pool, to work on hard counters.​

CURRENTLY: Bronze 3: 71 LPish (Dont Laugh XD)
I think that after I get to silver 3 or so I will climb like a boss because of the fact that I seem to be the only good one on my team every single game, But I do not say anything and when I do it is to encourage my team, and I follow all the steps to carry

Favorite Top: Rengar (Not my best), Trynd (If they dont counter me Im amazing), Teemo (Carry a bit)
Favorite Mids: Zed(Working On Mechanics), Ziggs(decent), LeBlanc (Jesus, but I need to work on my carrying with her).
Favorite Jungles: Vi ( Prefer AD/Tank, not full), Nocturne (I can carry pretty well), Lee Sin ( Working on It), Gragas ( Pretty good carry), Rengar(Alright).
Favorite ADC: Lucian (Dont own on this account :S), Jinx (11-1 This week with her), Twitch and Varus (Alternatives)

I dont prefer to supp bc most adcs in bronze are garbage :S. No Offense guys if you are bronze xD.

I think you have the right mindset, a decent array of champions you can play, and you hopefully you'll succeed.

Is this your first season or did you play season 3/2/1?

Also, have you ever tried Irelia? She's really good top. Underrated.

 

I will try her in PvP, I played in season 3 at the end a bit and I learned a crap ton.

 

A good support in bronze can really carry themselves, doesnt matter how good/bad the adc is. esp thresh/annie

 

"Carrying" a game and "winning" a game are two different things. I suggest you focus on the second one instead of carrying.

Your champion pool seems to be really strong. Most of them are A-tier or "God"-tier. In bronze focus on a smaller pool, and once you can get used to a variety of mechanics you can venture out with more diversity.

 

Try irelia top, incredibly strong champion, when vs ad just go glacial shroud and vs ap / squishy get triforce and smash them.

 

Even with a bad ADC (can confirm this happens, similar with support) you can sometimes carry with support, being behind with Leona can still be good if you play it right by catching out the right enemy

 

Guide to free elo -> Master Yi. was bronze 3 0 lp now bronze 1.

 

Can confirm. Noobs do NOT know how to play vs yi(aka warding)

Hey man good luck with what you are doing.. Here is a little tip that helped me get better: Even if you think your team are really bad, just look at yourself. What did you do wrong, and what can you do to improve.

I dunno, but it helped me. Still does.

 

Yeah I agree. Watched Valkrin's 5 minutes to diamond a while back and learned alot

You CAN carry as the only good person on your team, this is very doable, otherwise boosting services wouldn't exist

Keep practicing, you have a good mind set from what I see, just work on mechanical skill, this only comes with time.​

 

favorite top lane:riven
Midlane:gragas
support:thresh or annie
Adc :sivir, lucian, or jinx
Jungle lee sin, wukong, panth

 

For top I highly suggest to use riven, she's really OP In top for me

 

Im surprised i seen no Renekton top? He's such a good lane bully. Best bruiser out there IMO. Pretty fun to play too.
