Help an Oldfag Out Round 2

Edit: I'm just a dumbass old fag that doesn't want to adapt to the current times. Lol, figured it out.


Started playing 07 again and tried NMZ for the first time.

Doing melee setup, I'm a zerk so no DH. Only problem I'm having is how do people bring in 20 pots, cash, and then 7 ovls without needing food?

I realize you pray melee, but how the hell does hp rise fast enough to ovl again?

Problem is, I'm 74 hp, ovl takes me down to around 25 I believe. So what do I do once I need to ovl again? Can't ovl without 50+ hp… feel like I would only need a 1-2 ovls instead of 7….

I tried absorbtions with ovl and found out that doesn't work to absorb the loss of hp from ogling.


So any ideas or tricks as to how people overcome this?

Or am I just not playing the game right and there's a trick that everyone knew back when NMZ came out?

 

your solution could be to bring some purple sweets you can eat to 50hp and re owl, they are stackable and heal about 2 each
