How do I add an avatar picture? And what should it be?

Just wondering how to do this - as I'm quite new to sythe.

I see most people have a random picture, shall I use a real photo of my self?
Or should I just pick something that I think looks cool?

 

Go to user CP. Click 'select avatar' and choose from there

As for you avatar, choose what you feel like doing.

 

I wouldn't recommend using a real photo of yourself. Unlike Facebook, this is a RS based blackmarket site and you will most likely be attacked or ridiculed by trolls and whatnot.

I was thinking, a real photo would be different to most, and knowing your dealing with a real person would be more trusting.

I Wouldn't be bothered about the abuse - (If there was any)
