Mage Boxing?

Why does no one mage box in 07? It used to be so active pre-eoc/

 

i was wondering the same thing..maybe those with the mage level jsut dont stake, dunno

 

Not only pre-eoc... Just original staking was based around mage boxing and obstacle mage fighting! Blasphemy !!

 

Yeah, most people don't do it nowadays. You see most of the big stakers with big cash stacks, it's expensive to cast those spells so if your betting small amounts it's not worth it.

 

Getting a high mage level is much more costly in 07 than pre-eoc.

It's easier just to make a dds staker I think.

 

Agreed its just harder to get to an acc with the available stats.

 

there was also a smoke barrage glitch or something on 07, where u would always hit max or a 0.

 

I think its mainly just because so many people see it more luck based.

You can be sure that you have 100% odds on someone with melee, with magic its so different and random.

 

In my opinion that's it should be. After all, gambling is all about luck, not who can switch between attack styles faster.

Also, I finally found someone that mage boxed and did my first mage box on 07 today. Not gonna lie, it was probably the most fun I've had in a while, brought back so many memories.

 

No idea really. Personally, I prefer it over the other styles, but I dont mind ddsing.

 

Most ppl prefer ddsing now
