    The account has four 99's and a total level of over 1450 currently.
    It has the 5 year cape as well.
    It'll come with various outfits and other items with a total of probably ~5m in value.
    I can leave some additional starting cash on the account if requested.

    As for payment I'm primarily looking for eoc gp, but willing to accept btc, and maybe paypal as well. I'm willing to go first if I deem you trustworthy via your vouches, and am certainly willing to use an OMM if needed.
