joopii / ossii scammer + ban evader anti pardon

a friend of mine was scammed by him on sythe
for 1.6B rsgp the money was paid into his moneybookers account and he didn't pay up saying my friend was a scammer
the thread was posted on sythe and he was banned , he was also a rank on twisty fc at the time and the proof was shown to the elysian_baws who was the co-owner at the time , he accepted that it infact was a scam but he said he could do nothing about it because twisty was his mate and that it wasn't a flower game scam a youtube video was also put up

before all of this the account on which he scammed my name on sythe was called: leetnewb
