Reason:

This should be altered. With the introduction of the sandbox, things have changed slightly, as indicated by the spam forum description:
"Warning: Many rules do not apply in this forum. If you post here you will probably be viciously attacked."

So, the changes I suggest are to remove the footnotes about flaming and trolling, and to change the wording where it says:
"ALL of the http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=148431 are still in effect EXCEPT for..."
to something else since it contradicts with the forum description, which says "MOST" rules are ignored when in reality only flaming, spamming, and trolling are ignored.

Or you can change the forum description to read:
"Warning: Public conduct rules do not apply in this forum...." etc. But that would require an admin's help.

Whilst we clearly won't infract for use of the word, say, ''idiot'', deliberately making a provocative, derogatory thread about someone may result in an infraction, as will excessive or overly harsh flaming/racism. Threads dedicated to hate and/or flame a member aren't allowed. Repeat threads and disregard of this may result in a Spam Forum ban.

²Trolling a moderator is strictly prohibited; repeated offenses exhibit poor character and repeated/serious offenses may result in a ban.
