x IRapiidz ii is a Scammer

X IRapiidz ii then PM'd me on here for my Skype, and he added me under his so called imposter skype, seen in the evidence below.
After negotiations things fell apart, but he seemed like a stand up dude so I didn't delete him from skype.
*However upon further recollection he did attempt to use a fake OMM of CoreyPublic, pics upon request... That right there should of been a red flag to me.

He then later claimed to have RS3 Gold for Sale, so I decided to attempt to buy 200m at a rate of .39/m via Paypal. After two failed attempts that were refunded, but are still placed on hold...He told me to send money to another one of his Paypal accounts under the alias "Tyler Jones", where he said he would refund but in fact blocked me on Skype.

How they scammed: Claims he has an imposter but has knowledge from the skype chat with said "imposter'. Made three $78 purchases, two were refunded and one I opened a dispute for.

This is a Sythe PM: Claiming the Skype Account I was working with was an imposter, yet he knew about the two refunds that was discussed with that Skype Account:

Obviously, this guy has been doing this for a while and some of my evidence may seem Circumstantial. However, this user is guilty and believes he is going to get away with it. Help keep this community safe and banhammer him.

If he isn't banned, then buyers & traders be aware. This fellow is sketch, manipulative, and won't think twice about taking your money.
