CoD MW2 Multiplayer PC - Blackscreen and not responding when started

Title says everything about the problem I'm having. I can load the single player game and that's fine, but when I try to load the Multiplayer version, I get a black screen and my cursor just says loading.

I've tried leaving it and nothing happens, the program just isn't responding and I have to CTRL+ATL+Delete every time to close the program.

I have no idea why this is happening. Maybe it's something to do with my drivers or something (Even though I know nothing about them).

Currently I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling them, restarting my computer, restarting Steam, and nothing has worked as of yet.


I would really, really appreciate any help in fixing this. I would also be happy using Teamviewer if someone know what they are doing and think they can fix it.

Already done this and it says that all files have been correctly installed. Still doesn't work.

Is Singleplayer + Multiplayer installed? Which one are you trying to play?

 

Both are installed. I'm trying to play Multiplayer and as soon as I load it I get a black screen with a loading screen (which doesn't go if you leave it) and I have to CTRL+ALT+Delte to end the task as it's not responding.

I've been playing the Single Player campaign fine with no problems at all. I've verified the game cache so all the files are installed correctly, just can't explain why Multiplayer won't work :L
