im not a big fan of anime but i highly recommend any Ghibili movie there great

The only anime I really ever watched was Eureka 7 and it was enjoyable. That was years ago though, and otherwise never really got into the genre.

 

I like anime movies, I don't usually watch most TV shows though, they just don't do it for me. I've watched FMA both original and brotherhood, ghost in the shell, Totoro, Princess Mononoke, Howes Moving Castle, and spirited away.

I've also watched Avatar: the last airbender, but I think that's a cartoon, not an anime.

I HATE shows like DBZ, inuyasha, naruto, etc. gay af.

 

Eureka 7 is very good, I like that a lot.

Blood +? I'm assuming I've seen Howes Moving Castle, & spirited away is a trip. It's either Totoro or Spirited Away with the weird black thing that eats everything.

 

I have a thing for To Love-Ru (which is borderline softcore porn), but that's because it was written by the mangaka who wrote Black Cat which is a much more serious and action-oriented anime. The cameos from Black Cat to To Love-Ru are quite funny (especially when it comes to Eve / Yami as one is against killing and the other is an assassin).

I also appreciate slower paced sci-fi, such as Crest of the Stars and Banner of the Stars. They're not really so full of action from memory and it's an older show, but for some reason I just love it.

Code Geass was cool when I watched it, although the whole technology aspect of things is a little silly (yes, they CAN make huge scientific / technological leaps in very small periods of time apparently). The ending was rather appreciable though.

Most of which you listed have been watched, and enjoyed. The other ones will be watched because from the sounds of it, we have the same taste. Great explanations btw.

Oh, I also enjoyed Attack on Titan. It was a dece show, very different story
