Already Over - Powerbot Scammin and such

So, this report is based on the premise that Sythe still bans for off-site activities (I think ya'll do, but I haven't been super active lately so not entirely sure.)

He has had a number of reports on Powerbot, many Runescape account related which were extremely shady (8 accounts he sold were recovered within a 45 day period), he was finally banned for scamming a pin.
