This is bullshit, that he is new to sythe is risky: yes. but people can ask for OMM/MM.
The fact that he is GE @ 34wins means nothing. i was GE @ 26 wins legit but playing with 4 other global m8's ( Legit cheating ) so this make no sense.

*Give him a chance, if he scams its the lack of investigating him before purchase or not picking a MM.
