PayPal Dispute

Ok so I got scammed for 23$ on PayPal buying 07 gold. I sent it as a gift saying I will not try to refund this transaction but I was wondering if there was anyway I could get it back. Like can I dispute it or something and get my money back? Someone please help me out.

 

There are ways of getting your money back.

Wait on the outcome of your scam report, if it's deemed you were infact scammed then ask a moderator about methods of getting it back.

If not then i'm not sure if members should be "promoting" methods of obtaining your cash back. I'm not sure on the rules set on the topic.

 

I already posted a thread on the scam and he got banned for it. My proof was valid and I did get scammed. I messaged the admin that banned him and I haven't gotten a reply yet.

 

Chargeback as unauthorised payment would be the best bet i guess.

 

You can go to your bank and claim it was an unauthorized payment, they don't really have many options but to get it sorted for you.

 

Just do a common PayPal chargeback. Do it now while you can, you only have 30 days until the payment is confirmed

 

I would make a unauthorized claim chargeback. Tell paypal that the fact a note was left saying 'I will not chargeback this payment' just shows that somebody else made the payment who didn't want it refunded.

 

Claim it from your bank.
