Philosophic Ban Appeal

On May 11th, 2013 the profile 'Philosophic' was banned for scam reports against it.

The scam reports against Philosophic are as follows:

• Reporting a Scammer Named Philosophic...
• Scammed by Philosophic
• Philosohpic - Scammer
• Philosophic scammed..
• Philosophic scammed again

To note:

• Two of the five profiles that had reported my profile, Philosophic, are currently banned. iThrones was banned for spreading malware to Sythe users, and xBleed was banned for scamming members of Sythe.
• I was not banned due to evidence proving my guilt, but rather the formality that I could not adequately defend myself. During the period of these scam reports, my Skype account and MSN had been hacked, unbeknownst to myself, until it was too late to do anything about it. To this day my MSN account remains hacked. However, I have recovered full possession of my Skype handle.
• The lack of thorough evidence in the reports against my profile, Philosophic, encourages me to believe that it will help my ban appeal as to show that the evidence could not be provided due to the fact that I was not in possession of my messaging accounts (Skype/MSN) during those periods of time.
• I admit I was not extremely ethical during my career on Sythe. I may not have been the nicest person, either. With that being said: I have never scammed a member of Sythe.

I would like to return to the Sythe community and am willing to accept the appeal being lifted conditionally (TWC), if necessary. I aim to return to Sythe not for the market, but for the community within the forums that I had once known and had grew to love. I sincerely hope the staff that reviews this appeal recognizes the sincerity of the appeal and the motives I have upon my return, if so graciously allowed to do so.

Please see the honesty in this post as I truly do wish nothing more than to return to the community of Sythe. I am at your mercy.

My appeal thread, found here will not allow me to reply to Roary's response to it without creating an account, so I made a new thread instead.


To respond to Roary:

I did not have access to ANY of my forum\messenger accounts for roughly a week and a half. During this time, ALL of my accounts were hacked (Skype/MSN/Facebook & Twitter). Regardless, I was banned with insufficient evidence due to the mere fact that it was not me!

Even in the other reports against me, they all lack evidence! Not because I'm a master criminal nor do I doubt the competence of those whom reported my profile, Philosophic. It was merely because I was not in control of my accounts during this time period!

 

If your Sythe account was hacked you'll have to refund the user that was scammed this time around

 

You wiil refund ALL scams that can be proven, I could care less who had control of your X or Y account
