    Not sure where you get your numbers but i have offers for 220 keys or more which is closer to 550$. With offers of 420$ in paypal or btc. I would perhaps be interested in the amazon gc but it would have to be for more than the btc.

    The market has a cap as most anyone should be aware on here, you can not list for over 415$ usd (small changes are due to differing currencies and those who tie tax ids to their accounts). They do not get listed for more than 5 minutes before theyre bought for this reason. Same reason your unlikely to find one now or ever.

    I've been offered more, 420$ is what seems reasonable to me. BTC without a middle man, paypal with one, assuming all parties agree.
    If its btc i may take a few bucks off but wont be going first, i can show other sites where i have far more rep than i have here.
