it's a little tough to read but not bad looking

 

Work with a different color because it's hard to read, even close up.

 

Really like the effects you did, but on the blue background its very hard to read indeed.
Try making it a diff colour, and show us the progress

 

As mentioned above, I'd say a different colour, a little lighter and more prominent.

I re-sized the Text and re-did the background. Also I went with more of an electric blue color. What do you guys think now?

Heya, Figured I'd give you some tips.

First off, The font you used I don't like.
You might want to remove the curve it has.

Turn up the contrast of the background.

Add some subtext like your Skype or threads you have open.

Google: Optical flare.png and use that on your signature.

I like it quite alot.

However my personal opinion is that the background and the text should be different colours, easier to read and looks better, even if you outlined the text in a lighter colour.

 

The text is just an outline its not filled in. And btw going to start working on your Sig soon. Just getting over a body virus. Totally destroyed me

I can't really advise you on how to improve, as I'm an amateur in regards to GFX. However, my personal opinion is that I find it out of place in relevance to the background it's on, aswell as disliking the font.
