Why cant i send money via paypal?

Yesterday I was sending people $30 now I'm getting this message, how do I remove it?
Why have i got it?

 

It seems you have an unverified paypal. Have you clicked on the link that says "Return to limitation details"?

I've always had an unverified paypal and been able to send, but unable to send now?
I also need help, I think I'm going to get chargebacked so I made a new paypal to send the money I've made to that...

Will that work? What happens if he chargebacks and the balance is 0, is this why I can't send also both unverified?

 

I don't really feel like explaining everything but here is short versino.

Don't have more then one PayPal Espically if one gets limtied, they'll just perm ban you. Just verifiy your first one. If you can't because you are too young just wait. Otherwise you wont be able to use paypal ever again.

Just verify the first one.

 

Take the steps needed to verify your previous paypal.

Don't want any funds you have in there to be stuck there.

They delete your account if you dont activate?
