I tried to install the program but had no luck.

After doing a lot of searching online I can confirm the program is legit, OP is sharing his link as a referal as he gains additional points for everybody who signs up and gains points.

Program is legit and is perfectly safe.

Update, I am trying this app out and I can say it works...
BUT the title is kinda wrong because I been doing it for about 25 minutes now and I only have about 1,000 points.
I need at least 6,000 points for $10 but there are no more apps to download.

 

Not easy as OP makes it look.
very time consuming and annoying, not worth the effort. takes much more than 24mins to earn $10.
