So I read this thread

commented an order form, added him on Skype and talk to him to buy 300m.
I told him that I was available to trade, but he didn't answer.
I thought that he might have been AFK, but that doesn't seem to be the case; he posted saying that he has more stock AFTER I asked him if he was available to trade.

He hasn't answered me since. I think that he should receive a TWC until this is resolved.

I sent this before he posted a new comment, at his new comment was a 1:37AM.
