How do referrals work?

Hello,

I don't play this game, but I keep seeing referral services for League of Legends but would anyone mind telling me how they work? If for example (hypothetically speaking), I ordered 50 referrals for $50, what details would the person referring me need and what would they do?

All they would need is the referral link for your profile (Found at http://[Server].leagueoflegends.com/rewards/ the link changes depending on the server you play on, so EUW. NA. etc.)

Some people get that done in half a day, but some people are capable of like 400 per day.

 

I would not recommend large amounts in short periods of time by the way, if you go overboard with hundreds, it's likely that riot will take the rewards away from you.
