Dispute TWC

Hi,

a year ago i was selling E BOOKS on here, there was a dispute with a sythe member (that hadn't purchased my book and didn't know the content) about the legality of my method and questioned the legitimacy of the E - Book. i had 30 or so sales with most customers absolutely satisfied, after the argument on my thread a few were spooked and asked for refunds and were given.

When the TWC was place i was absolutely furious at it as the mods had originally infracted the member for spamming my profile. I raged very hard when it was placed and wrongfully gave a lot of keyboard warrior rants out to some forum mods. I fully understand why the TWC was kept in place after my actions even i did not agree with the reasons it was first placed.

After a year i would like to become active on forums again but feel the TWC gives a bad impression of my integrity on the site. After all, there is no actual acusation of scamming, rather a question regards the content of the EBOOK i was selling at the time which was regards poker.....

I have made a vouch thread as i did not previously have one and he has kindly put a vouch on there, i have all skype records if you need further proof of transactions to ensure this isn't a friend vouch.

 

I'd prefer if you got some substantial vouches of people going first to you

 

I can fully understand that would be advantageous, however a TWC places a vast amount of distrust on me that i do feel is unjustified. If the TWC was temporary until my EBOOK was verified (which i did send off to be) or in fact my thread deleted i would understand. There was never a question over the integrity of my just that of my book, I took all steps to make sure it was thorough and helpful and spent a lot of time with customers on skype at the time.

The person that asked for TWC had not purchased my E-book but thought because he had a knowledge of poker he would try and poke unjustified holes within it because i would not give him my online poker alias for obvious reasons. (he wanted to look my account up on shark scope)

I could understand deleting of my thread, or perhaps a temp TWC until admin or mod had reviewed my ebook however i do not feel i should have had to give him a free e book. There was never an accusation of my scamming anybody and in fact the guy that flamed my thread numerous times was given infractions which just angered him more and made him try overly hard to get a TWC on me.

With the greatest of respect i tried to help each customer and stick to all the rules of the website and i still feel the TWC was given unjustly. I do enjoy using the site and would like to be very active in the future, but it will just be incredibly difficult to persuade people to go first, i know i wouldn't go first on a person with a TWC.

The rant i went on regards one or two mods was silly, and quite frankly childish and i understand if the TWC stays for that reason.

 

The problem arises in that the person who issued it probably is no longer around or no longer remember's the grounds on which it was issued. So we require the same level of trust/vouches to be shown for every TWC dispute.

 

I can understand that. If it is OK i will post one last attempt and look through all of my evidence i gave last time (in which i foolishly raged at just about everybody after accidently putting my request in spam and getting mauled by trolls)

If you guys don't read it and close this thread i understand, but it would mean alot to have an opportunity to air my side of the argument one more time on a level playing field un - tilted.

If i have to try get some vouches on me then so be it, i'll just have to bite the bullet but even if it gets throw out i would like one more opportunity,

It will take me an hour or two to put it all togeather, is it alright if i do so and post it back on here?

EDIT - it may be obvious but i am not really that bothered about it effecting trade as much as i am the portrait of my character it gives, I hope that is understandable in some way.
