Evaded Ban (poppy123456 of account bobby123456)

I was banned on bobby123456 for selling active accounts, but I was not. I was selling all my legit neopets stuff on here. I sent a dispute in and never got a response back so I just made another account which you have now banned also. So my hands are tied. I had some vouches on bobby123456 also, so if I could maybe get that account back it would greatly be appreciated. But I wasn't selling active accounts.
