Buying 07 Account (Paying REALLY good) Must be HIGHLY trusted

Hi I am looking for a decent 07 account, MUST have 94 magic.

If you are a MOD, or can be verified through someone HIGHLY trusted I do not mind paying alot of ££ for an account. I can either pay 07 GP or WU not a problem for me.

I am looking for a maxed account (however i do not think this will be possible)
