Looks awesome can't wait for it to come out. Will be a real step up for RiD I personally will be using my next paycheck to buy unlimited :).

Is it true that the bots are going to be down on RiD until this update is released?? I'd like to try out RiD. I've been following it since it's release but never really had the means or desire to give it a go for some reason.

Yes, Genesis is a replacement for the entire lineup of bots, so keeping an obsolete product lineup online would be very inefficient and counterproductive. Users will be able to bot once Genesis is released.

It seems like a really interesting way of doing it. More downtime is less revenue put in, most organizations don't want this at all. It must be that the cost of purchasing new servers outweighs that of keeping the bot engines online.

Still though, looking forward to the update myself, I've always wanted to try RiD, I remember the hype when it was first announced a few years back. There probably isn't any new news on the ETA for Genesis, is there?

Just like to chime in and say that I'm excited for this. Hopefully it is out in time for the release of the new skill as well as any initial bugs fixed. Also I'm hoping I can record a farm run or two and then have it do them for me =p

I won't be purchasing unlimited (as I only need to bot 2 skills on one single account) but I'll definitely be subscribing once its released.

No, there are not any new ETAs related to Genesis. When any are given I will update the OP and post here to let everyone know.

How will genesis deal with randoms if it relies so heavily on human input?

Might just use the old solvers it always has, and just alter the mouse movements/behavior based on the profiling.

    Nope.

Users will be able to add and alter all random solutions themselves. Since sharing presets will be possible, anyone who adds support for a random will be able to share it with others. So, collaboration within the community will allow for essentially all randoms to be supported and their solutions shared. Also, this will not require any knowledge in programming to do.

Not doubting RID in any way, but I have to ask, have you actually seen any of this yourself?

As I've said previously in this thread, RiD has always kept every single project he's ever made private (with the except of the staff team, and Heroes/Vets for beta) until it was time for release. This has been true for everything, not just Genesis. And he has always delivered what he has claimed.

I don't see how this is any different from SuperScript Factory or Build a Script Workshop on OSBot.

They do the exact same things and were only like $9.99. You could do literally anything and iterate through it with loops, etc. It's basically creating your own scripts in the most user friendly possible way.

I am the owner/creator of Build a Script Workshop and still have the src. If there's anything unique about it, let me know because this seems like another rip off to users who don't know much about the botting scene.
