Couldn't be more wrong. Rejection/friend zone is part of everything. God mode is achieved by getting rejected and not giving a fuck, and thus improving your confidence and benefiting you.

I do agree however that lots of people who are in the friendzone are there simply because they lack confidence/are scared of the repercussions of what would happen if they went after what they wanted; also may ruin friendship with said person.
