She basically used her CC to buy him membership. The payment never went through and she had to verify stuff with Jagex/CC issuer. And basically Jagex told her that her payment couldn't be accepted and then she refunded him. The whole deal was fishy, and I'm sure anyone who has heard it will tell you the same. What added to the fishyness was, he said he couldn't buy membership with PP even though he paid Trin with his PP. Basically I believe he was hoping Trin was stupid enough to leave her CC on his account. I'm not very good at telling 2nd hand stories, but that's a really dumbed down version of it. I'm sure if you were to join TS she would explain it to you.
Overall very fishy behaviour from that 0r0m guy. He claimed not to be able to pay for memb with his pp, while he could pay trin with the pp. str8 dank got the story pretty straight, except the fact that trin refunded him within the hour, and 0r0m published his report on RaSc before trin even got the chance to pay him back. Discussed this with a few people on TS, and we all pretty much agreed it was so sketchy he should've gotten a TWC at the very least for basically attempting to put somebody's creditcard on his runescape account with recurring payments (when this is obv not agreed on). Long story short: 0r0m is a retard and shouldn't have tried this scam on trin.
Oh and the best bit, when he just recently posted this again (today) he was already paid back in full so there is NO reason whatsoever for him to post that other than slander.
Note: Runescape Membership can't be paid for through paypal without having a bank/credit card attached. Payment to other Sythe users with paypal balance is able.
The point made is that 0r0m stated he used to use his paypal and he had his mother-in-law's paypal (which he paid N4N0 with) but he "couldn't use his or her paypal account on RS anymore for some reason". He tried to use them earlier that day, hence wanting me to use my credit card to purchase his membership for him. He gave me his log-in and password in hopes that I would be dumb enough to not uncheck mark the little box to make sure my credit card would not save on his account. Scam virtual goods? Loooooool
