    Question about the graphics community.

Hey guys just have a question, how active is the GFX community here? I've been a designer for around 3 years now and mainly do web-based design. I was thinking of starting up a shop selling mainly; sale interfaces, twitch.tv/stream overlays, youtube banners, web banners and signatures.
How many people do you think would buy these things from a user on this site?

    Question about the graphics community.

Well the only thing you would sell for around the first few months is mainly signatures with a few side jobs.

    Question about the graphics community.

If you want to really be serious with designing stuff for people online you would have to set up shop on multiple sites. However the pay isn't the best but it certainly isn't that bad either.

    Question about the graphics community.

Depending on your level of gfx, you can make a lot of money with markets needing graphics and what not. The graphics marketplace will always be active no matter what. As for the community, we recently started up SOTM which makes the community a little more active than what is currently is. On a scale of 1-10 for community activity, I'd give it a 7.

You could probably get pretty good business here, better than most places. However, you will rarely get paid a lot for anything.

    Question about the graphics community.

there were times me, and zippy made 300-600$ a month easily(moon and kinae probs topped that, but i only know bout me and zip).
I've quit due to me hating clients really..
But besides that the market has gone down in a dip and you have market crashers that sell sigs for 0.000005$ and that makes people expect cheap ass signatures. Goodluck if you're gonna go for it.

    Question about the graphics community.

Clients these days expect to get a professional logo for $5.
    They just make me laugh.

SpacelyLol, you're better off offering your services to a local store or something.
