As I rarely play Eve anymore, I'd like to liquidate my assets in game. After browsing around, I feel like this is a competitive rate that is lower than groups who sell isk as a business can offer and without the risk of banning or reversals that can come from dealing with those sellers. I am a single person with a full time job and other responsibilities, so I can't offer instant money but I can guarantee that I'll communicate clearly throughout the process.

$12 per Billion Isk
Minimum Purchase: 10B Isk
Maximum Purchase: 50B Isk

I accept Paypal gift or moneybookers. Unless you have a LOT of rep here, you'll send first. If I hand over Isk and you run, people can justify that in a variety of nonsensical ways. If you hand me IRL cash and I try to just keep it, that is a combination of theft and fraud. I have a job, I am certainly not going to commit a crime in order to run away with a bit of money.

I will generally be checking this site M-F in the evening CST. I'm happy to discuss and work with you to insure the isk transfer is safe and will not generate the attention of CCP - there seem to be a few methods for this that work well.
