User claims to of sent $17 - For lol RP

Explanation of the trade: The user was buying RP Prepaid card from me, and he states he sent me money through Paypal yet I have not received it, then he states I'm a scammer.
How they scammed: He hasn't scammed me ( I have lost nothing, he's accusing me of "RECEIVING his payment - Which I did not.

User claims to have sent me $17 via paypal but I have not received anything he also claims "I'm getting banned"
I told the user twice, maybe even three times we can use a OMM/MM or do increasments.
He said he would do a increments, I sent him my paypal and then he claims "HE SEN'T IT" although I've had no email confirmation nor have I had anything through paypal

User is now giving abuse via Skype I'm not blocking him just as of yet, I'll let staff deal with this & then I shall block him.

I have no option but to reply here, the user is a liar trying to get me banned for no reason, I have certainly not received any payment from this person nor did I receive a email confirming he has sent me anything through paypal. He talks crap on Skype "Stating" that he has sent it and I'm a liar and a scammer.

I will happily let any staff log into my Paypal to prove this ( I'll give you sock5 so you don't need to get through security measures, I was going to deal with this user as I thought he was legit but clearly he is not as he's making false reports

My theory is he is filing a false report because either ( I wouldn't send him RP Giftcard without any payment first and when he supposedly sent this payment it was "Accepted" which I find hard to believe as theirs nothing from anyone in my paypal today.

I have done multiple trades today, they all went smooth I really have no idea why this person is doing false claims but this is for staff to decide I can give as much evidence as you want so that I can prove I am innocent.

 

Also I'd like to state at this time ( When this incident supposedly happened I purchased gold ( 07 ) from Rs2Plessant and I'm pretty sure he will vouch me for that.
