I've contacted them on their service and they won't give me back my .01 because they claim that I abuse a glitch when they suck at coding and didn't properly charge me the right amount. All I'm asking is for my .01 back and they are making it such a hard deal.

IT MIGHT JUST BE .01 BUT IT"S STILL SCAMMING BY NOT PROVIDING SERVICE OR REFUND.

Honestly I can care less and I did it to hint them that their website is mess up but they claim that I abuse their website which is stupid as hell because they never had the website running correctly in the first place.

I also place a dispute on Paypal and they, again, state that I abuse a glitch on their website and if I pay the correct amount, they'll provide the service to me which they haven't even refund me back my .01.

BAD BUSINESS ETHICS I TELL YOU!! Also no sense of humor when I clearly just send them .01 to hint them that something is wrong and they just blame me.

You were clearly attempting to abuse their system as you knew that price was unrealistic. Not siding with you on this one sorry. it was a glitch in their system and you can't expect them to provide the service for 1 cent :/
