Got scammed by a Sythe Trial Mod? 40$

Hi! I was selling my Xbox Account here on Sythe, and the thread got closed down. Because I didn't have proof. So then yesterday I got contacted by a guy called "eriqperry" (not his skype username) and he said he was interested in it and that he was a mod. So I believed him, and I sent him proof and he said "Ok, the acc is real, your thread will open in 3 hours".

It still hasn't opened, and the problem is he said he sent me cash, but I haven't recieved anything. See the pics below for full proof of everything.

The bad thing is that, I don't have his Sythe Username.
Also, he has changed all info on my xbox acc for example, email and pass and more. So I can't take it back.

And the payment price was 40$, So yep I got scammed on 40$ and the acc is worth over 60$!
