[WTB] 2/3 digit steam account

Hey there,

I'm currently looking for a steam account that has an ID of 2 or 3 digits.
The account must also have:

- No VAC bans whatsoever,

- Steam guard not enabled or at the very least disabled,

- I'd prefer if the Community ID was still not set up but if it is, I'll still take the account into consideration,

- And a proof of purchase for any game you bought on the account,

I'll take in consideration every offer and if we'll need we can arrange for a middleman.
