Buyer of my gold has charged back on me. PLEASE HELP!

A buyer of my gold has charged back several paypal payments on me.

He made like 4 payments to me.

I responded to the case by sending paypal this message:

"I have sold this seller virtual goods, and now he is charging back payments in an attempt to scam me.

I have proof of me selling virtual goods to him, based on the conversation we had.

It shows that i was selling him in game gold."

Do i have a good chance of winning the case?

 

Replied to all your questions via PM that you sent me. As I said. Like 1% for winning unauthorised claim. Not really much you can do. You can call paypal and give them everything you got regarding this trade. Maybe they'll find something that links action to owner of account

You already told paypal it was for virtual gold. If it's unauthorized it doesn't matter what you say or provide to them now, they will side with the buyer.

Was it item not received or unauthorized?

 

It was unauthorised, he told me via PM
"The buyer has opened a claim stating this transaction was made without the account holder’s knowledge or consent"

 

I won't give you false hope. Chances are you lost the cases. Always trade trusted users only in the future or take precautionary measures to ensure this doesn't happen in the future.

 

Any non-tangeable sales through PayPal you won't win. You'll lose. Tough luck

I suggest Skrill (Moneybookers) or Western Union

 

You ruined your chances by telling them it was a virtual payment. In the future, avoid that and paypal itself.
