Today Im going to answer bail - Suspicion of Robbery x2 & Assault x2.

I thought I'd post this here because I feel that I want to explain an ongoing matter I have in real life, some of you may care... most of you may not ( but I'm still going to post this anyway.



Well let's start off.


I'm 21 years old - Therefor I'll go to Adult jail ( Luckily as Juvenile is way way worse.
I have a Fiancée ( Whom is a nervous wreck right now over this.
I have a 3 year old daughter & a 6 year old stepson.
I'm employed ( Also do voluntary work -


I was held in a Prison Cell for 43 hours! ( 24 hours is normally what their only allowed to do! - But it's so serious they held me longer! ( They also toed a car away for DNA.


I'm under suspicion of Robberyx2 & Assaultx2.


I'm not really going to say much here for obvious reasons.


This is a serious offense - I'm going to "CROWN COURT" That means I'm guaranteed to get at least 12 months+ to 6 years Nothing under.


This offensive is in such a high category!


If Worse comes to the worse and I go to Prison... I'll go under the mental health act that way I can keep my self safe and away from other inmates. I'm going to beg to jury to not allow this to go into the news paper because of my family.. I don't want trouble going to my door when I'm not there!



My 15 year old brother was with me at the time too... I know I should of acted like responsible adult but I was drunk! I have no idea why I got anyone involved in this! I AM NOT LETTING MY BROTHER GO TO JAIL, I WILL BE TAKING ALL THE WRAP FOR MY LITTLE BROTHER TOO. Theirs no chance on earth he's going because I'll blame everything on my self.


I am not a bad person, I am a loving person whom cares for my child and my Fiancée... I clearly acted selfish and wasn't thinking about anyone else but my self at the time and I seriously regret that.

- I know many of you members may dislike me over this but eh... that's life.

I've been to the doctors and they subscribed me Diazepam 20MG ( Basically a Valume ) just to chill me out until this is over.


I would like to update this frequently just to let you people know what's going on in my life! ( I shall upload my bail sheet for those whom are not going to believe me.

I am not proud, I don't think this is funny and I definitely don't condole it!

That's a very true theory...

They have video evidence of me ( walking down the road and being around at the time the "alleged incident happened it's really just a sit & wait game.

 

Honestly homie, Your gunna get that jail time unless it's a first offense. Taking the wrap for your little bro aint gunna do anything for him in life as he will do it again if he intellectually did something, how do I know? Because one of my friends did the same shit for his brother and a week later his little bro got caught selling and now its a wrap.

If it's your first, get yourself a good lawyer, play the whole "drunk and stumbling" act like you don't remember, get some jury sympathy, and if it was just a phone try and explain your intentions where good and return it or some shit.

If your lucky I'm thinking 2 year of monitored probo.
Otherwise if your not a risk taker, talk it out with the prosecutor with your attorney present, and by attorney i mean a real one, no free public bullshit you will fail hard with one of them.

PM if you have additional questions or want to go into more detail about the situation. I have a bit more experience then others on here with this sort of stuff even though im younger.

 

It's not too late too change my story but I'd rather not now... Over here I can get a solicitor free of charge ( Their just as good as ones that you pay for. I have to take all the wrap for my brother... he isn't a trouble causer and it was my fault he was apart of this ( due to me giving him drink. None of us are violent, none of us are thief's it was simply just the booze...

I know what I'll be getting if I don't get probation, I'll be getting 1+ too 6 years and theirs nothing I can do about it.

Booze is an excuse. If you can't hold your liquor in a reasonable manner you don't need to drink.

 

You can't just "ask" to go under the Mental Health Act - it's only used in extreme circumstances

 

Booze isn't a excuse at all.


I made a stupid mistake which I regret I'm a decent person... and when I'm drunk I turn into a nasty evil person. If it was a excuse I would put my hands up but it isn't a excuse.... Without the drink I wouldn't of done this nor would I have been so naive people make plenty of mistakes in life and this is one big "BLIP" in my life.

Yes I'm a adult... yes I shouldn't drink if this is what I'm like... and no it wont happen again but of course you're entitled too think what you want and that's fine.

Too go under the mental health act I'd have too self harm and so on... and if that's what it takes then I'm prepared to do that.


I suffer from depression now that's a start.

 

Stop posting on the internet. Get a lawyer.

you're taking this really lightly for someone who could be facing serious jail time.

EDIT: especially since you have a 1 y/o daughter and a step son. smarten up, don't be stupid with this solicitor bullshit, get a real lawyer. sell your shit or ask family/friends/anybody for $$ to pay for it. it's worth it.

Exactly. This shit isn't a joke. My boy's brother got out a year ago who wasn't a bad kid, now he's a straight goon. You might not go to jail a criminal, but by the time you get out you are.

 

Lol my friend robbed 12 cars and stole like 2,000$ + of items, used a credit card to watch Por3n and got 1 year probation i was with him got nothing, ofc he was drunk too, point is it doesn't matter if you killed 4 people drunk driving ( texas ), the only thing that matters is how wealthy you are and the mood of the judge.Might as well roll the dice.

 

You won't go under the Mental Health act for cutting yourself... how many people do you think try that shit every time they're facing long jail time? Cutting yourself isn't really a considered a serious mental health issue in the UK anyways.

I'm not really sure what to advise about the whole thing aside from talking to your solicitor / lawyer, but cutting yourself won't do any favours.
