So before laughing at my question and saying what first comes to mind, think about this for a moment. Let's say you've hypothetically gathered 1k+ vouches for something like building up your own gold farming empire. This would require a lot of business practices to be conducted, such as running your gold farmers (workers), etc... Would this not be impressive to show to your future employer at an interview? I mean would this not demonstrate you are trustworthy, for not scamming people. Would this not show that you can run business efficiently? obviously this would depend on what type of job.

No your future employer isn't going to know anything about Sythe or the value if any of a Sythe "vouch". Maybe say something like you have an online business and received $X through Paypal over the coarse of Y months for online services.

I wouldn't show him the vouches, he would probably think you're a nerd. I would tell him that you have lots of experience running a business and you've had x amount of money handled without any problems... or something along those lines!

I would strongly recommend that you not show your Sythe.org vouches to an employer during a job interview. An employer want to know how you can benefit them and their company. Showing them a website that you frequently visit could raise concerns to your loyalty to their company. Focus on team skills, and examples. And be ready to ask questions about the company, my favorite question to ask is what could I do to make your day to day operations smoother and more efficient? The point isn’t so much proving yourself qualify for the postition (your resume does that) but if you will fit in with the organizational structure of the business.

Therefore, my point is that I wouldn’t bring up Sythe.org at all. You shouldn’t have too. Good luck I hope that helps some and please keep us posted on how it goes!

You are most welcome, I am sure if you keep doing what you are doing you can get there one day :) But even if you get the 1k vouches I would still advise not bragging about it in real life! :D

I'd maybe mention that I was reputable on an online trading platform but no way I'd name names. I wouldn't mention anything at all if it was for anything more than something to bring a few quid in or a part time job at a store or something.

I would explicitly NOT hire you based on the fact that you thought this was credible.

If you do do it id love to hear the results. Like specifically, because we all know they wont hire you

Don't name it was sythe lol, say you are you known in some trading platforms as Roary said.

    and this:

Doesn't really make sense to be honest, Stores IRL also buy cheap from sponsors and sell higher to normal citizens

Funny as fuck to think of it. I'd suggest not doing it, but if you want it state it in a very vague format, not obvious.

No. They wouldn't understand the time/effort you've put into it, and what it really means to be trusted on a large forum. To them, it's just some site that's irrelevant.

It'd be like saying your famous on a game called RuneScape. Yeah, and?

Now, maybe if you had your own website and make thousands a month, and you could show them your website and maybe impress the employer, I think that would work better rather than directing them to a community forum.
