Requesting removal of Trade with Caution

I would like to appeal, or find out how to appeal my TWC, I am aware of having 2 accounts, and I got it figured out with "Roary" I requested a self ban on my first account, and on my second account, as you can see below. They have no scamming offences, just a sketchy situation on "Jinkles" and zeggoz nothing.

I was recently aware that "Jinkles" had a twc, for lying, but I have an explanation, my lie was simply, saying I was trusted on Power Bot, and that was simply because I had a donation, and I thought donating was trust. I was stupid at that time :3

Well, I am aware of no vouches at the moment, and my plan is once I get 10 or more vouches is that enough to prove I am legit for my removal of my twc?
