New signature, do you think it's better than my older one?

Old is better imo, new one just seems too random xD
Maybe if it had text, i'd reconsider, i'm not totally sure on this one.

 

Prefer original, but as mentioned above maybe add some text or something to it

 

I think it's fine without any text. It looks low quality in some places and in others way too vibrant if you know what I mean which detracts from the piece. Asides from that it's a decent abstract piece.

 

I'm not liking the materials. I don't know if it is your lighting set up or what, but not digging the reflections.

 

thats the point. to be different, it will stand out from others and you will be mor than likely to see it.

i love it grate work.

 

Animated it. The GIF 256 color restriction sort of worsened the low quality photon mapping, but, it also detracts from it now that the colors aren't static.

 

That's the better one by far.

 

Being able to see the dynamics of the material definitely helps with the realism.

I personally love the 3D and diamond look so I requested one and bam I have my own rotating shiny signature!

 

It certainly is a cool graphic but as a signature you usually try to portray something and I'm not quite sure how you could incorporate it into a message.

 

Portray something? Signatures used to be purely for art, these days all it is is a trashbox for bad 3D letters and advertisement for market threads :L

 

Sorry If I get in trouble for reviving this thread but I think animating the 3d model in your current sig would look nicer.

 

I wish I still had the model saved. I could remake it, but it'd never turn out the same. Half of the work was getting the lighting looking just right, and that was hit and miss :c
