1. ID Verification: You would email me from the PAYPAL EMAIL including a picture of your ID Card & a screenshot of your PayPal balance. It can be Student ID or Drivers License, just anything to prove it is YOUR Paypal.

2. PayPal Balance: I may ask to screenshare to verify aforementioned PayPal balance.

3. VPN/VPS: If we have reached #2 I will also ask you to visit http://www.blockscript.com/ while we screenshare. This will tell me if you are attempting to hide your identity.

Had to decline sale in the end. Kloeppelc3375 emailed me his ID, even screenshared. Sadly, he could only pay by PayPal from his card. I refused to sell on this basis.

Was impatient and made me feel rushed. Was happy to tell me that I irritate him (as the reason he wouldn't be purchasing), which I can only assume is in reference to me being slow and careful with someone I don't consider trusted.
