Buying lvl 3 with a 99

Hi, I want to make a new pure but I'm not sure what I want to do with it skill wise. Either way I want this account to have a skillcape but I'm too lazy to train it and don't want to risk getting banned.

Can't have any bans/blackmarks, depending on which skill(s) maybe.

Any 99 stat will do but preferably one that can make some money like hunter, fish, thief, wc etc.

Must be level 3 with no combat skills, willing to go first with Paypal/07 GP

I have an account that has been botting for a while, has a bot busting ban and 96 woodcutting.. would you be interested in that account ?

 

Maybe if it didn't have any bans but I don't know cause I was planning on getting a level 3 with a skillcape to suicide bot rock crabs :s sorry :/

 

Why would you buy an account with a 99 just to suicide bot it? Smells fishy, if you can pay in RSGP I might be able to sell you a lvl 3 with 98 wc (99 within a few days) 100 % botted, although no marks.

 

I want a pure with a skillcape, and I would suicide bot strength to like 70-80 (hopefully) and then I would get a warning ban instead of permanent
