Question regarding Berserker Pures and Monkey Madness

Can somebody explain to me if getting the defense xp from monkey madness is mandatory to complete recipe for disaster? and if so why? Or am I able to just get the attack and strength xp reward w/o the defense xp and still be able to complete recipe for disaster?

Yes get the str+ hp xp? and you get low xp on att and def, (hope you have been only questing your def... so its gonna work okay .

it is mandatory because in rfd you must go into the island again and in order to get back in after the quest you need to receive the exp from daro.

 

yes, pick the one with str and attack i think it is. just dont pick the one with defence so youll get low exp

 

You will have to get defence xp regardless if you wanna get back to the island. If you choose attack and strength, you'll get less xp compared to if you chose that and hitpoints.

 

You get def exp no matter which option you pick, it's just that you can get less def exp for one option rather than the other. You have to claim the exp to visit ape atoll after you complete the quest in order to do RFD.

 

It's required to complete the Awog-something subquest for RFD, so if you want barrows gloves yes you will need to do it. It also means you can return to Ape Atoll to chin if you want too! Plus, you can still fully quest the zerker and have defence of like 43 or something, so there's room for other quests like Holy Grail should you please

 

you need to return to the MM island for Rfd sub-quest, you need to chose the option "strength and stamina" that way you will only receive the 20k def.
