Sara Sword Vs D Scim For Strength Training

Just wondering what you guys think is better for strength training (will probably be at ape skellies since its better xp\h than NMZ)

D Scim + Defender Vs SS, would love the input, thanks.

 

I think SS would be good since it has that prayer bonus, but if you can't afford one or you're not going to use prayer, then I would definitely go for d scim + defender

 

D scim and rune defender is better if you have the defence.

 

Isn't SS faster?

Sara sword is much better if you do not have a defender.

 

If you've got defender stick with the D scim, otherwise if you wanna spend the money get a SS.

 

If you have the money, SS is the way to go.

 

I would personally stick with the dragon scimitar and defender. Less risk and pretty well same XP.

I think the dragon scimitar is superior if you can use a runite defender, if you are a pure with 1-20 defense a saradomin sword is superior.

 

SS is the best , Would recommend that over Dscimi and rune defender

 

personally ive always used SS..and im a 70 def guy..i just feel like i do better with it i guess haha

 

Yeah SS is ideal, but if you're tight for cash, money would be better spent getting a fury + zerker ring (as dscim / defender / z ring / fury is much better than just a SS).
Just something to think about

 

SS would be better to train str with than d scim cuz of the better bonus and same speed.

if you are 60 attack stay 60, but if you are 70+ already, use SS.
