looking for low level with b gloves or range tank

can be any level as long as the attack and strength combined are below 140 and the defence is below 75. can use pp or 07gp whichever you're more comfortable with. omm or mm will definitely be used. please post your account and what you want for it. will buy asap if the account is what i want
